Current Job Openings:

DSP (Direct Support Professional): Coleman Tri-County Services is looking for exceptional individuals who will enrich the lives of the consumers we serve. This specific DSP position would include working within a small residential (4 bed CILA) home providing day to day care for individuals with intellectual disabilities. A complete Job Description will be reviewed and agreed on at time of employment. CNAs are welcome to apply and would appreciate a smaller and more relaxed working environment to provide quality services. An accelerated, paid training program would be applicable to those who already hold an Illinois CNA license. Applicants must have proof of a HS diploma or GED and be able to pass DHS Illinois required background checks/requirements (prior to employment) to insure eligibility for employment. *Benefit package available to individuals scheduled for 30+ hours per week include: Insurance option,403b Retirement plan option, Double-time holidays and paid time off.
